By accessing and using stellar-geyser.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our website or book our services.
When you complete a booking through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected expedition. We will send a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your booking. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer. Acceptance occurs when we send you a finalized booking confirmation with payment instructions.
A deposit of 30% is required within 7 days of receiving your booking confirmation. Full payment is due 30 days before the expedition start date. Bookings made within 30 days of departure require immediate full payment.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and certified check. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify expeditions due to weather, safety concerns, insufficient enrollment, or force majeure events. In such cases, you will be offered:
We are not liable for consequential expenses such as flights, hotels, or lost wages resulting from cancellations.
Participants must be in good physical condition appropriate for the selected expedition. You are required to disclose any medical conditions, medications, or physical limitations that may affect your ability to participate safely. Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in removal from the expedition without refund.
Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Certain expeditions have minimum age requirements as specified in the service descriptions.
Participants are expected to follow guide instructions, respect fellow travelers, and adhere to Leave No Trace principles. Behavior that endangers others, damages equipment, or violates park regulations may result in immediate removal from the expedition without refund.
Wilderness travel involves inherent risks including but not limited to: weather hazards, wildlife encounters, difficult terrain, altitude effects, and equipment failure. By booking an expedition, you acknowledge these risks and agree to assume responsibility for your participation.
All participants must sign a liability waiver before departure. This waiver releases stellar-geyser, its guides, and affiliated entities from liability for injuries or losses resulting from ordinary negligence during the expedition.
All content on stellar-geyser.com, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of stellar-geyser or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, labor disputes, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.
