During expedition season (May through September), response times may extend to 48 hours as staff are often in the field.

Emergency contact

For urgent matters related to active expeditions, our satellite communication system allows guides to contact our emergency coordinator 24/7. Participants receive emergency protocols during pre-trip briefings.

Finding our office

We are located in Canmore, Alberta, approximately 100 kilometers west of Calgary. Our office sits at the base of the Three Sisters peaks, easily accessible from the Trans-Canada Highway.

Parking is available in the lot adjacent to our building. Public transit from Calgary runs twice daily during peak season.

Walk-ins are welcome during office hours, though booking a consultation in advance ensures a team member will be available to discuss your expedition plans in detail.
